Hey there!

At EverBee Email, we have a striking new feature, Advanced Campaign.

Here, you can create a workflow for your email campaigns, allowing smooth control of your emails for all your customers (e.g., first-time buyers, repeat buyers, etc.).

Note¹: This feature is only available with the EverBee Email Paid Plans.



How do I start my Workflow?

  • Click > Advanced Campaign button (highlighted in blue)
  • The New Campaign will show up
  • Go to Start from scratch
  • Templates will be available (soon)




Trigger:

Everything starts with the Trigger.

Note²: (For now) Skip the Workflow Automation and Frequency.

It will be your last task in building the workflow. (You can check them at the end of this article)

  1. Click > Add Triggers (sidebar Menu ➡️ right side)
  2. Select Trigger
  3. Choose the trigger options for your workflow: Joining a list or Tag is added
  4. Currently, we have 02 options available. (The greyed-out options will become available soon)

 5. Joining a list: By choosing this trigger option, you must have or create one before proceeding with the workflow (Otherwise, the "No Results" will appear for you).


 6. Tag is added: This trigger option allows you to select from existing tags or create a new one by typing it and clicking "Add New."



  • You can edit or create your List and Tags on the Subscribers Tab ➡️ EverBee Email Dashboard:


Go to the Trigger button (centre of your screen):

  • Click > On the "PLUS" sign, you see this:


    • Click > Email
    • You can edit it (Name)
    • Choose the campaign design on the Design Email button



    • A New Campaign screen will show up for you
    • Choose from the Templates or Start from Scratch



    • You will see the Email Editor (the same screen for the Single and Auto campaigns)
    • After that, click > Save Email



    • On the main Workflow page, you'll see the selected (or created) Campaign information
    • After checking, click > Save



Delay:

This tool works to help you adjust all your Email flow strategies...

  • Click > Email "PLUS" sign
  • Delay button



  • You can set for minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, or also at a specific time
  • The time zone displayed on the Workflow follows your Shop account settings
  • You can change your time zone on the Settings Tab ➡️ General ➡️ EverBee Email Dashboard
  • Click > Save




Now, repeat the process for the 2nd Email flow

  • Click > Delay "PLUS" sign
  • Email button



Conditions:

This tool helps you adjust all your Email flow strategies. You customize it accordingly for your different customers (subscribers).


For example, if you have first-time buyers and want to send them a "Thank You" message, or if you also have repeat buyers (customers who have already purchased at your shop) and want to send them a different message or a different coupon, such as "Thanks for buying with us again..."

Here, you can organize that for both audiences (or more).

  • Click > Email "PLUS" sign
  • Condition button
  • Select the conditions options: List or Tag
  • Currently, we have 02 options available. (The greyed-out options will become available soon)
  • You can add up to 05 conditions
  • Click > Save



Actions:

Here, you can use it to update your workflow regarding your customers (subscribers).

  • Click > Email "PLUS" sign (below the condition you have applied to Email)
  • You can add or remove a list, tag, and unsubscribe a customer
  • Click > Save



To complete your Workflow:

  • Return to the Trigger button (centre of the screen)
  • Set the Frequency as Once or Multiple
  • Activate the toggle for the Workflow Automation
  • A Success! message will appear on your screen (at the corner ➡️ bottom right)
  • You can see your Advance Campaign on the campaign dashboard
