In the EverBee email Platform, there are 2 major types of Email Campaigns, and these are:

A. Emails - Single Campaign
B. Automations

    i. Email Sequences
    ii. Workflows

These campaign types are accessible from your EverBee Email home dashboard. Let’s explore how each one works.

1. Single campaign: The single campaign can be seen right under the ''Emails'' tab on your dashboard.

A single campaign is a message or a workflow that you initiate or schedule for a group of recipients. This is different from the ''email sequences'' because it is not a continuously active campaign. You can only schedule it, send it, or trigger it specifically for a distinct group.

Once sent, it does not automatically repeat unless you manually resend it. Setting this up is quite easy too, as you just click on ''New Single Campaign'' and choose an existing template or start from scratch.

2. Automations: As the name suggests, Automations allow emails to be sent automatically based on schedules or triggers. There are two main types:

i. Email sequences: These are emails that are sent on a schedule (eg, every Sunday) or based on an event (eg, when a new subscriber joins your email list through your landing page).
This option allows you to set up an email once and have it sent repeatedly based on predefined conditions.

ii. WorkFlows: Workflows provide the most advanced automation capabilities, offering:
- Flexible triggers based on customer behavior
- Multi-step sequences for personalized engagement
- Time-based scheduling for automated follow-ups

Overall, Workflows allow you to build complex automation flows, ensuring your emails reach the right people at the right time.

1. Transactional Emails: Transactional emails are exclusively available to EverBee Store users and are not accessible to Etsy sellers using EverBee Email.

For EverBee Store users, these emails are essential for customer communication, as they include important updates such as order confirmations, receipts, shipping notifications, and abandoned cart reminders. Unlike marketing emails, recipients receive these messages even if they have opted out of promotional emails.

Additionally, transactional emails are subject to regulations like the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR, ensuring compliance with data protection and consumer rights laws.
